Every new account starts on Bronze the moment you sign up — no card, no commitment. Tiers count inbound and outbound messages together, per month.

The allowance is a hard cap. It is checked before each
message is sent, so nothing over the limit is delivered or billed. Once it is
spent, /api/sms answers 429 until the start of the
next calendar month — see the
API reference.
Moving up a tier. Email sales@primaltech.com and we will move your account across. Your account number and API token do not change, so nothing in your code has to.
